What this website is
This site describes the work we carry out and shows photographs from our own construction sites. It is an introduction, not an offer or a contract.
The rate
The rate shown is the one we currently publish, and it depends on the build-up. It is a starting point for a conversation, not a quotation.
A quotation is itemised and issued after we have seen the land and the drawings. Scope, materials, timing and price are agreed in writing before work starts, and only that agreement governs the job.
Registration and certification
Our registered business name is BINA PRIMA UNITED ENTERPRISE, registration RA0078919H (202103316743), registered in Selangor on 27 October 2021.
We are a CIDB G5 certified contractor. Ask us for the current certificate and we will show it to you.
Warranty
We offer a three-year defects warranty after completion, with free repair within the period. Terms apply and are set out in your contract, which is what governs the cover.
Accuracy
We keep this site accurate and correct anything you tell us is wrong. A description of one build reflects the work at that address and is not a specification for yours.
Your information
This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising scripts. Nothing you do on this page is tracked.
If you message or call us, we use your details only to answer you and to quote for your project.
